How does your garden grow?
Heat and sun are key ingredients to a bountiful garden
- our garden is well on its way.
We've been enjoying lettuce already.
Zucchini is growing on the near side of the arch
and cucumbers on the far side.
My father-in-law made a cool garden tray
for me to gather produce.
Here she is full!
This is the green bean teepee.
We planted purple pole beans too,
so we'll see how they turn out.
My husband added another lettuce box
underneath this teepee.
We planted this lettuce box later than the previous
so we'll have a continual supply.
Tomato plants and then summer squash
and zucchini are growing up the trellis.
More tomatoes...
This is another teepee for green beans and purple beans.
You see nothing growing yet because we planted late...
We round out our garden with some pepper plants.
Take thy plastic spade,
It is thy pencil; take thy seeds, thy plants,
They are thy colours.
