The Weather Made Me Do It

Our weather continues to go from 

hot days to cool, rainy days.

The cool days are really a treasure for me 

to get ahead on baking

before the Summer heat hits.

So, I'm blaming the weather

for making these lemon scones yesterday.

My children and I enjoyed a few scones 

for our afternoon snack

and the leftovers I tucked in the freezer 

for a quick breakfast on another day.
