birthday covert ops

This is the first birthday for my daughter where we've been super sneaky.

Between my husband making the Wall Book Bin (I'll post about it soon), and my son creating cards and buying flowers (his idea...too sweet!), it was just Ella's food requests that were out in the open.

It was fun to prepare and plan LOVE to honor this sweetest of daughters.

Has it been 8 years? Yes, 8 life changing years, for all of us. I remember expecting this baby and picking out her name with my husband. I just knew "Ella" would fit her perfectly, and it does. It's fun how parents just know the correct names for their children. I could go on and on about her, but suffice it to say she is a Treasure who I seek to treasure each day.
