30 days until spring

For my personal edification I am doing a countdown to Spring on this blog. It's simply a way to make the time pass quickly by intentionally looking forward to the next season and anticipating it through a daily blog post. I have never, ever done something like this, but if ever there is a time to do it it's when one is longing for the end of Winter and the beginning of Spring. My idea is to post a picture that details something about how in that day I have intentionally prepared for Spring or am anticipating it. 

So today's 30 days until Spring picture shows a bouquet I cut of dried plants - Lavender, Fennel and Lemon Balm Leaf - they could be just as at home in the compost bin, but, to me, are picturesque on our dining table.
