 our guest dog missing the young hunter

 i'm not a "gun" person

which i know is because i didn't come from a hunting or law enforcement/military family.

although i don't see myself ever being comfortable with guns

i do realize they are tools

and glad that roone can be educated in their use.

she was a good size doe, almost 30 pounds of meat processed

 my woodsmen

an elusive cat drawn to roone 

 raspberry canes finally transplanted

just past the boy and his dog is the drop off to a river.

we surprised a herd of about six white tail deer and

 were fairly close so it was fun to get that vantage point

since we don't usually see them from this path.
