From My Kitchen Window

This morning gazing at our garden from the kitchen window I thought the lettuce and onion bed looked particularly beautiful and thought I'd capture the moment to share with you. I'm excited for there to be full heads in the bed, unless my resident (human) bunnies snack on it before they grow that full. :-)

The arch over the bed is for green beans (on the left) and cucumbers (on the right) both already growing well. The thought is that the vines from these plants will provide some shade for the tender lettuce plants when the Summer heat arrives.
