chocolate chip coffee cake

 
I gifted this scrumptious cake to a wonderful lady this past weekend.

When I make a cake, such as this one for my family, I cut it into fourths, freeze three of the sections and use one for breakfast. How easy to thaw one of those sections for a future breakfast.
