final secret
We kept one final birthday secret until late in the day yesterday: a gathering for Ella and her friends today.
Full of balloons, cake, squeals and fun...it was a special afternoon for the 8-year-old...and a simple one for this mama to plan.
(I always make things more complicated than they are. A "goal" for my responsibilities is to make them the most special and the most simple at the same time. I'm finding the combination can work quite well together. I might post more on this topic later.)
