Cranberry Bread

As we head out Winter's darkness and enjoy more sunlight with Spring approaching the hens are back to regularly laying their eggs. 

Since we school at home, the only day of the week need to get up and out of the house in the morning is Sunday. To make the morning easy I usually have a sweet item baked ahead for a quick breakfast. Cranberries were on sale last week, so I tried a new recipe - Cranberry Bread - putting some of those eggs to good use!

 

This quick bread was a winner, and with all my cranberries stored in the refrigerator it is on my To Do list to make it again soon.
