My favorite weather is bird-chirping weather.

It hasn't even been one full month of Winter, and we've been given the reprieve

of a fifty-degree day. I'll take the blessing!

My patio door is open.

Fresh air invades the home

along with the bird chorus.

Schooling and homekeeping are ours for the first part of the day,

and then?

Out for fresh air, play with the dog,

and even a bit of gardening

(it's just two months until the crocuses bloom!).
