fabulous ginger tea
Need a great, hot drink? Peel some ginger root (one inch or so) and slice it thin. Add to water (two cups or so) and bring to a boil; let boil for five minutes. Take off heat, and steep for five minutes (steep longer for stronger tea). Strain the ginger and your tea is ready. Add honey if sweetness is desired. That's it. So good. Perfect all day on these Spring days.
