every day is mother's day

Celebrations are sweet. Acknowledging specific accomplishments, people and events is honoring.

From my perspective the every day is the sweetest and most honoring. Every day is Mother's Day to me.

Each day I am a mother, and there are gifts to give and receive in the day. The gifts of the every day? Well, I highlight them in each post on this blog. Although an introvert, I've thoroughly enjoyed learning how to be engaged from sun-up to sun-down with my children, and embracing how to make a home that is nurturing to our family.

Truly, each day is the sweetest, even when we're simply shucking corn for an alfresco dinner.
