tallgrass prairie national preserve {beauty & buildings}

Mother's Day found us at the Tallgrass Prairie National Preserve in Strong City, Kansas. Hiking in the Flint Hills has been on our list and we made time this past weekend. This post contains the beauty and buildings from our hike, and in another post I'll details of actually hiking. It was an eventful one including a herd of bison and a herd of cattle. Let's just say we gave the kids a memorable hike.
