And she's baking again...

Our warm, Spring weather
has taken a cool turn.
"What to do?" she wonders.


The most recent Country Living magazine
has a recipe for Buttermilk Angel Biscuits.

It spoke to me.

So I baked.

This recipe makes three dozen biscuits.

What is nice is that the dough can be refrigerated
up to one week,
so I baked one dozen biscuits last evening for dinner,
will bake another dozen for dinner tomorrow evening,
and then bake some for a breakfast next week.
